Op het verdiep bevinden zich de badkamer met ligbad en de 2 slaapkamers. U gaat via de eerste slaapkamer naar de tweede slaapkamer. De prijzen zijn energie en water inbegrepen. Finale schoonmaak op aanvraag (40 €). Huis-en bedlinnen kan worden gehuurd mits toeslag van 15 € p.p.
